BUG REPORTS
Help us reproduce the problem.
A useful report does not need to be technical. A few concrete details are enough to make investigation much faster.
What to include
Tell us which device and browser you were using, which LEGYRO page or game screen you were on, what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
Career issues
If the problem happened during Football, include the approximate career stage and the action immediately before the issue. Avoid sending information that is not needed to understand the bug.
FEEDBACK
Tell us what worked and what did not.
LEGYRO is being developed iteratively, so specific feedback about the actual experience is more useful than a general score.
Gameplay feedback
You can tell us whether a decision felt meaningful, a career stage became repetitive, progression was unclear, an offer felt out of place or a feature was difficult to understand.
Platform feedback
Feedback about the Profile, achievements, Trophy Room, navigation and public documentation is also welcome. The roadmap shows which areas are currently available or still being developed.

Privacy requests
Requests relating to personal data can also be sent by email. The Privacy Policy explains the current data-handling model and available rights where applicable.
Please do not send secrets
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive personal information. LEGYRO will never need your browser password to investigate a game issue.
